Be one of the first to enjoy our charming and cozy new 2025 renovation with all-new furnishings. Beautiful new kitchen, decor, furniture, 65" TV, wifi throughout, comfortable memory foam mattresses, and an outdoor patio area. We are minutes away from the local park, new battery plants in town, and everything else Kokomo has to offer. Please be respectful of our neighbors - quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and no parties or events are allowed. We look forward to hosting you in our home!

The home is cozy including the location and extremely clean. Had an issue with the door lock that was cleared up in a timely manner Thanks.
